OUR STORY
Two chapters. One line of work.
Our founder has been sourcing and producing consumer goods for retailers since 1991 — first with a company built in Syria, and since 2006 from New York, where Gema Products was founded as a division of YJM Apparel, part of the Isaac Import group. Different continent, same work: turning a retailer's idea into cartons on a dock.
Today that means factories in ten countries, fifty of our own people in China, Vietnam and India, warehouses on both coasts, and programs across kitchen, bath, home, apparel, accessories, and arts and crafts for national retailers. Most of them know us through Artist Concepts, our arts-and-crafts brand; many more carry our product under their own labels.
What has kept buyers with us is not the breadth of the line. It is that the same people answer year after year, the samples show up when we said they would, and the container is where it is supposed to be. We are a minority-owned business, still run out of New York, still small enough that a buyer talks to a decision maker.
